HP Notebook - 15-dy0013dx

The Pavilion 16t-af000 was delivered today. One corner of the box was damaged. I charged the laptop and the screen was divided into thirds. Two sides were orange and the center of the screen had two wide white lines. A customer support person screen shared with me and told me the screen was broken. The agent was going to transfer my call and he disconnected the call. He had my phone number but didn’t call me back. I was on the phone for almost an hour with all of the holds I was placed on. I would like to speak with an agent tonight. (Edited)
