The App Readiness disabling worked for me.  the update for mobile data protection sensor driver couldnt find anything for me though.

I got this same issue on my brand new HP Spectre x360. This same issue happened to me after I was prompted to update and restart/shut down my laptop. I followed the solution to disable app readiness in system config and now my boot is fast again. Can HP come out with a solution?
