And it says memory check storage tests language and then exit and also I use my laptop to do school work so I really need my laptop working if anyone has a solution please tell me because I just need my laptop to work I haven't been able to use in a month

Sorry for the distressing news, but you're in a really BAD situation -- for several reasons.
First, we would focus on data recovery because I'm presuming that despite your critical dependency on the school work files, you made NO backups of them, right? So, that means you also have no access to them, right?
Second, that data backup is complicated in your case because we would normally remove the hard drive and connect it to another PC using an adapter cable, but in your case, the "drive" is actually a memory stick that is soldered to the motherboard -- so it can't be removed.
Finally, that means we have to resort to another method to get your PC up and running enough so you can NOW copy off the files you should have backed up all along . This will involve considerable work on your part, but it is the only way to retrieve the files and folders you need to recover ...
If your PC can not boot into Windows, a way around that is to follow the instructions below to create boot media from Macrium Reflect (MR) that can be used to boot your PC even if the hard drive is not working:
1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR) from this link: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
2) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD
That will create MR bootable media. Then, you can boot your PC into WinPE using that media.
Have patience, as that can take a while to start and bring up the screen.
Once the screen is there, read this thread about using PE Explorer -- a simple file explorer: https://forum.macrium.com/PrintTopic15803.aspx
If your disk still works, you might be then able to retrieve some files and folders from it.
Good Luck
