when you load windows in the installation from the USB, if the USB is not working and shows that screen, then with the USB connected press the F9 key several times, it shows the boot menu and there you should see the USB to boot.

I don't understand why it doesn't show the USB, did you change anything in the BIOS settings? I see that secureboot is disabled. You indicated that you have 3 disks installed, are you sure, or do you have 3 partitions on the same disk?

Yeah I have accidentally reset the bios settings . And I didn’t mean that I have 3 disks installed I meant I tried swapping the old one . Can you please help me turn secure boot on cause I can’t seem to find it

Enter the BIOS, and press the F9 or F5 key to load the BIOS defaults and then see if the disk works.
