Then I think the problem is the windows installation USB, because it is not recognized in the boot menu.  Can you explain when you ran out of operating system?

Hi was using my pc normally and I accidentally restored bios settings then it started showing non system disk or disk error and the bootable key might not work but are there any other solutions

I don't know the BIOS of this laptop, it is very old but you should see if you have the secure boot active, probably that is deactivated in the BIOS security.

Try disabling UEFI mode and then reinstall windows using the USB drive.
