I'm not able to dual boot any other os.
When I install it using USB it installed but show that it is not available or have a part of HDD but not booting.
Only Windows running all time.
I use both UEFI and normal method nothing works.

What other OS are you trying to install?

 

BIOS Boot2 .jpg

 

My BIOS has an option as to which BOOTLOADER to use.

 

That is an oldish screenshot, but you can see there is a choice of 2, and OpenSuSE has priority.

 

So more details please.

 

I usually use the original DVD/USB (or a DEBIAN one) to navigate to the the partition I want if the F9 option fails.
