Notebook, al iniciar parpadea screen en Negro con el simbolo de HP. el boton de inicio prende y apag

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Al prender computadora aparece pantalla en negro con el simbolo de HP de forma intermitente, es decir aparece y desaparece. Se hicieron todos los test e intentaron todas las actualizaciones y recuperacion del Bios y sigue dando el mismo problema. La notebook nueva, tiene 36 d'ias de uso.
