Pavillion DV7-1010ED

I have a Pavillion DV7-1010ED coming from a inheritance (Dutch brother in law, I am also Dutch, 70+).

At the HP support website there are several solutions when the notebook will not start and gives beeps.

Step 1, Windows logo + B or V and Power button, no result

Step 2, download bios and create recovery USB

But when I fill in my serial and product number, I got the message unknown notebook oe something like this

At the label I see:

s/n : [Personal Information Removed]

p/n : FM489EA#ABH

At some driver websites I found sp45071.exe, but the I have downloaded and was OK (no spyware), I don't get the option Create a Recovery USB flash drive.

So why don't recognize HP my notebook and can I get the right bios flash?

It would be nice if the notebook will start again.
