7Sir I have a very big problem and I want to speak türkish because my english isn't enough to explain
Thanks for everything have a nice day.

Thank you for your reply this is the translate what I write in turkish
Hello, good day. I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 15 DK2084NT (68N59EA) laptop and I would like to fully explain the issue. I work on a ship where electricity is supplied by a generator. Two or three days ago, I selected the "update and shut down" option and unplugged the power cord while the computer was on. Yesterday, when I turned on the computer, it wasn't charging even though I plugged the cable back in. My battery was around 80%, but there was no charging indicator light or charging signal. When I checked with HP Support, I realized it wasn't detecting the power cord. An orange light was blinking every 3 seconds, and it was blinking every second even when the computer was off. I have videos of this; I can send them. I consulted AI, and it said the EC chip was protecting itself due to the current, but I don't understand why this happened to my computer while other computers on the ship were fine. I tried turning it off and holding down the power button for 30-40 seconds, but it didn't work. I removed the battery and tried turning it on with just the cable, but that didn't work either. Now the computer's battery is completely dead; the screen won't turn on, and it won't charge. When I unplug and plug the charging cable, sometimes it flickers, sometimes it shows charging for 5 seconds, then it completely turns off and doesn't turn on again. I loaded the BIOS software onto a USB flash drive from another computer, but the computer shuts down again before it even reaches that screen because the battery isn't enough. Is there really no solution? What should I do? Even pressing Win+B interrupts the flash boot block. Please help.

Hi @AlemdarGm
Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.
Thank you for providing the detailed information. We understand the concern, especially since the notebook is now unable to charge, power on, or complete BIOS recovery.
Based on the symptoms you described on the HP Pavilion Gaming 15-dk2084nt:
• The AC adapter is intermittently detected for only a few seconds.
• The battery is now fully discharged.
• The orange charging LED blinks every few seconds.
• The notebook will not power on with the battery removed and the adapter connected.
• BIOS recovery attempts (Win+B) stop because power is lost.
This points to a power delivery issue rather than a BIOS issue alone. Since the notebook cannot remain powered by the AC adapter, the system is not receiving stable external power required for normal startup or BIOS recovery.
Please try the following checks:
- Disconnect the adapter from the notebook and wall outlet.
- Remove all USB devices and memory cards.
- With the battery disconnected (if removable), hold the Power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect only the HP adapter and verify:
- The adapter LED (if present) remains steady.
- The charging LED behavior changes.
- If available, test with another genuine HP Smart AC Adapter of the same wattage specification.
Also carefully inspect:
• The adapter cable for damage.
• The DC-in charging port for looseness or bent pins.
• Any signs of corrosion or discoloration around the power connector, especially considering the shipboard power environment.
If the notebook cannot power on using AC power alone and the charging indicator continues blinking, the issue may involve the AC adapter, DC-in jack, charging circuit, or system board power circuitry.
Since you mentioned having videos, they could be very helpful. Please share:
• A video showing the charging LED blinking pattern.
• A video showing what happens immediately after connecting the charger.
• The adapter output rating (voltage and amperage) printed on the adapter label.
These details will help us identify the next troubleshooting step more accurately.
Take care, and have an amazing day!
