Need help, please!

 

After catching some kind of a virus that made my windows login screen super laggy and changed my password I decided to restore my laptop deleting everything. After the process finished and the new windows was installed it dis not take me to the user set up but took me to login screen right away where it says other user. Tried my accounts but nothong works dont know what to do does anyone know what to do?

Factory Reset and it created "other user" account.

After I activate my administrator account when I log in to it it brings me to black windows home screen with only thrash and I cant open anything

And also in tool bar it shows locked key icone
