Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi guys can someone help me. My Notebook laptop is always turning off and the reason it says is Its over the normal temperature (Check photo bellow)

 

i already do some steps but still its the same:

Clean the Fan

Checked the BIOS

 Please help me
