Normal use, ms paint, internet and MS Excel. Pc fans went into rocket take off mode then screen went blank, pc off. On reboot message says pc ran into a problem collecting error info, and then will restart. The PC then turns off again. Have tried the 15 second reset I have seen recommended on another similar issue I saw.
Any other ideas? Thanks.
