Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So while I was surfing the net, my PC turned off because of low battery. Then I plugged it in and tried to turn it on but it won’t turn on. The charging light is orange but I can’t turnt the PC on. Please help!!!

I suggest you check with an alternate power cord/adapter and identify if that issue persists,

 

Also, the best way to do that is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 

CLICK HERE FOR THE STEP BY STEP GUIDE

(simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).

 

FOR DETAILS & FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS, USE THIS LINK: Click here

(By the end of this article all the issues should be resolved)

 

Let me know how that pans out,
