Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

NOW I CAN'T MODIFY IT OR CANT FORMAT MY PC.I have seen previous asked questions about this issue but mine is not the same,when it shows system is locked it does not show any numbers or letters.Not sure if i should try to remove the CMOS battery .

PLZ HELP I really need to make a change on my bios due to my work needs and also Im planning to format it.

ITS A MUST TO RECOVER MY PASS.

Thanks in advance for any idea
