Pavilion 15-cw1511sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a Pavilion 15-cw1511sa with Windows 10 64bit.

At the end of a BIOS update, my notebook reboots to install the new BIOS.

Then, there are 3 verifications of the new BIOS image file.

At the end, an error message pops up, "verification of flashed BIOS image failed".

The notebook restarts endlessly doing the same thing in a loop.

With the USB flash I get the message "Unable to open the BIOS signature file" and then it restarts doing the same thing in a loop.

I tried F10, ESC, Win+B, Win+V several times. The PC always starts on BIOS Update process.

I would appreciate some help on this issue if anyone could.

Regards

Viorel

Request you to follow the below troubleshooting steps from the document:-

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS  Pavilion 15-cw1511sa   and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,
