Product: HP Pavilion 15t-cs200 CTO
My HP Pavillion (out of warranty) has been slow lately and I have gotten messages saying I may need a new battery. I haven’t been able to figure out how to get a new battery, and a pop up from HP came up today saying parts for my laptop have expired. There was a button for “upgrade” which I pushed to try to find more information. The laptop closed down and will not boot up again. I have tried pressing the start button for 15 seconds, taking the plug from the socket and also taking apart the parts of the power cord and putting everything back together. The wall socket is working.
Any suggestions to get this to boot up again? Thank you!
