Pavilion dm1 wont turn on

Hi. My pavilion dm1 has stopped turning on. When the battery is in and it is plug in, nothing happens and no lights. I tried the holding power button trick. Didnt work. When the battery is removed and it is plugged into the mains the led is lit up solid blue but nothing happens. Be great if someone can point me in right direction.

As I understand, your computer is not turning on and there is a solid blue light next to the AC Adapter.

Now if you are not able to see any other activity apart from the light next to the AC Adapter, then the problem is with the Motherboard. To fix this issue, you will have to get your computer serviced. Contact the HP Phone support for further assistance. Link: Contact HP
