Since Thursday/Friday my laptop won't go past the startscreen, meaning that I can't get into my laptop. It freezes for about a minute on the screen where I'm supposed to put in my pincode and then goes back to the screen that shows you the date and time, etc. I tried turning my pc on and off again, this doesn't work. I also can't get my pc into safe mode by pressing shift and restarting the pc. I got in on Saturday, but shut down my pc on Sunday and now it won't log me in again.
I hope this was information enough.
