HP ProBook 450 G6 ID: 6BP56ES#ACB
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

My notebook is warrancy.
Model: HP ProBook 450 G6
PROD ID: 6BP56ES#ACB
S/N: [edit]

Could you please provide 48-bit key for Hard Drive restore.

[edit]

I had a service request in Microsoft for the issue and they advised me to you.

My book had one HDD with Win10x64 Pro. It's vendor's drive. It had many partitions. Then I bought second SSD. I installed Win10 on SSD and I tried to use the HDD for DATA.
I deleted old vendor's partitions on HDD and I saved only one big partition with my files on it.
But after installed Win10 Bitlocker was runing. I clicked stop but HDD was encrypted.
Please see the screen.

Could you please an advise.
I'd like to decrypt my HDD and cancel bitlocer for it.
If it impossible how can I to format all HDD space and to use it.

Thank you, Elena.

Even if it was possible to bypass Bitlocker, which it is NOT, we would not be allowed to provide you such a workaround.

Hello @WAWood !

Thanks for the answer.

The link helped me
https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey

There was my key.

Unfortunately, my ticket to Microsoft was not processed and did not show me the direct link of the keys in the account. They said to look at the keys on the account pages and the keys were not there. Then they said to contact the vendor.
Now I myself have found a direct link to the keys and the issue is resolved.
