EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

As an HP Deviser, I just received a new x360 to test, and after the initial startup, it restarted and now it's stuck at the Power-On Autentication screen. I configured Windows Hello during setup, and a PIN to log in in case Hello wasn't working.

But none of the passwords are working, so now I can't use this new laptop.

It's not possible to do a Factory Reset or enter Bios.

Anybody outhere with a solution to this?

Called HP support, and thet told me that there was nothing to do besides to change the motherboard. So they arranged an exchange. So now I have a new pc that's working. And it only lasted 5 days from my first call to HP support.

I found I had photo.scr. So I did a complete recovery and now have exactly the same problem.

Even repeatedly pressing Esc on start-up just gets to the same screen.

So currently I have a very expensive, very bricked, PC .
