Product: HP ProBook 455 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was trying to set finger print authentication for Windows operating system. But Instead i ended up doing it for  Power-on and the finger print is not working after i rebooted the Laptop. Please, can anyone help me fix it

I have the same problem and HP said that I have to replace my motherboard and refuses to replace free of charge.  I think it is not my problem and I feel it is very unfair for me to pay although it is not my fault.
