ProBook 650 G1
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Power adapter voltage is constant @ 19vdc. When plugged into the laptop the power led starts to cycle at one second rate. Battery is not charging and computer is not affected by pushing the power button. Hard reset performed without any results. Memory contacts cleaned and re-installed, SSD installed in another ProBook - works great. Power is being received at the end of the cable where it plugs into the motherboard. Power push button functions up to the motherboard connector. What next?  Blivit_it

Mine 2. HP probook 650 g1, the only thing I have tried that you haven't is unplugged the RTC battery. (cmos) to no avail. My HP laptop when plugged in, only continuously flashes white on the power button, doesn't start or boot or anything. Hmm
