HP 15-ac123na

I wonder if someone can help me please. I have a HP 15-ac123na and I have recently upgraded from a hard drive to a SSD. The upgrade was successful, but now every time I boot the laptop I get a message saying that the 'Product Information is not valid'. It says System Board (00A) - System Board CT number. From what I can gather I think that the laptop thinks the CT number is wrong. In the BIOS it simply states that the CT number is HP, but the CT number on the label inside the laptop is a 14 digit number. I'm assuming that this is the reason for the message. What I am confused about is why would changing the hard drive result in this message appearing as I have never experienced this before. I thought that CT numbers were programmed into the board so my understanding is this is not possible to amend unless you have a specific piece of software which is not available to the general public. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to remove this message?

@rhatswell HP doesn't recommend upgrading or downgrading components as the device is designed to work at its optimal performance, any changes are to be made at your own discretion, that said, you might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other component.
