Product: 15-as002la
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
After a motherboard replacement my laptop shows a serial number error everytime I turn it on. I tried to fulfill the serial info using BCU (bios configuration utility) but it does not work. I alway get an "access denied" error
What can I do?

Hello @Edisonrb
Special tool must be used to get this fixed. The tool is for HP internal use and HP partners use. You need to find an authorized local service partner and bring your device there.
You may check the TKB article here >> https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/System-board-00A-error-occurs-during-PC-start...
