Prompting me to enter an admin or power on pw after I cleared the tpm and prior pw and updated bios

Hp stream 14-ds0040nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is still under warranty I just bought it and have had nothing but networking problems with it. (Note don’t ever buy a windows 10 on a 32g drive) I’ve had nothing but problems.

I am being prompt for an admin or power on pw when I just cleared my old pw (which doesn’t work) I cleared the Tpm turned off secure boot and cleared the old passwords both power on and admin. I updated the bios because It was a recommendation from Microsoft from all the networking issues I’ve been having. I can’t get this computer to function like it should. I’m always having an issue with it. Can someone please help me with this pw I don’t understand I just cleared both and now it’s asking for one I don’t know
