Product: Pavillion G6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried the original ram it boots then the sisc drive makes noises then idiles for ever the screen does not even turn in i have tried reseting bios virtual agent nothing works please help!

Hellok, I recommend to you execute an hardware test in your computer, if you can to boot it with your original memory. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us. 

When you have your new RAM, do you have the HP logo or directly the black screen??
