Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Seemed to of been having issues for awhile now since a little bit after i bought the laptop. Tried updating the drivers and bios, restoring windows with deleting personal files with it, Ran HP bios diagnostics, small windows error fix tips but nothing works. Laptops still under manufacturers warrenty but id rather not send it out if possible. Usually this happens during watching youtube where it will freeze and give no control and stutters the last half a second of audio. Sometimes this happens and the audio seems to get louder, sometimes it recovers quick, sometimes it takes upwards of 30 seconds to recover, sometimes it blue screens or locks up long enough i reboot it myself. No errors that i know of, ran a check for viruses, ran a check for microsoft corrupted files but nothing comes back as having a issue. I contacted hp chat support and they took remote access and went into my services and did nothing and then wanted me to send it in although thinking it was a fan making a noise, which the fans work fine and after explaining again it was a digital seeming issue referred me to a higher tech for a nominal fee which i dont want to do. No reason i should have to pay for a tech over the phone when my laptops still under warrenty. That chat lead to nowhere so im hoping someone can help me troubleshoot it on here.

Sounds like you have covered pretty much everything we would suggest. I assume the F2 System Diagnostics came up with no error reports? Did you also run the Component tests?

In my experiences- lockups and freezes as severe as you report -  is usually a hardware failure of some sort. Could be hard drive- could be motherboard. I would be getting it serviced before warranty expires.

Thanks, thats what i decided to do last night. Box should be here soon. A issue like this literally can be anything bad memory, hard drive, loose cpu, overheating cpu, bad motherboard, ive even heard a wireless chip could overheat and cause the cpu to throttle to protect from heat damage. Who knows, but hopefully the repair process works out well. Wish it wouldve given me a error on the memory or something or id be apt to just upgrade the ram anyway but its not worth the trouble when its on warrenty.
