Hi REO,

 

I've inherited a laptop from a now ex-colleague who had administratively passworded the machine. IT can't reset it, I was wondering if you could help? I've tried the usual resources, however nothing I have tried has worked. It's the 250 G6 and the code is "i 54666912".

Hi REO,

 

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! Unfortunately it didn't work, but now my system disabled number has changed? Not sure why but the new one is 20555809

 

I didn't think they could change? Aren't they linked to the serial number?!
