Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP computer and the CPU fan runs are a high speed and there is no display on the monitor. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
I would like to know the following information to assist you better:
- The exact product model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
- The operating system presently you use.
- Does the computer overheat?
- Do you see some blinking lights on the computer or hear beep codes?
- Did you connect an external monitor (if available) to the computer and check if there is display on it?
Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:
- Press and hold the power button of the computer until it powers off.
- Disconnect the power cable and other external devices from the printer. If it is a laptop then disconnect the battery too.
- Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds and then release it. This will discharge the static from the computer.
- Reconnect the power cable and power on the computer.
If the issue persists then please perform the below steps based on the product you have:
