Lifesaver. I have a 3fo hard drive error saying no boot info found. I’ve ran diagnostics and no errors. I think I had a outside breach and may have wiped everything.

Any ideas on how to return factory settings? I don’t have restore disk or anything.

Hi,

The notebook will have shipped with a Recovery Partition which can be accessed at boot - ie shutdown the notebook, then start tapping away at f11 as soon as you power on.

A full guide on this can be found on the following link.

Another option, if you're referring to Windows 10, would be to perform a clean installation as detailed in the guide on the following link.  Note: At the activation screen, select 'I don't have a Product key' - Windows will activate automatically once the installation has completed.
