Has anyone repair the pavilion smart touch 2 wire charger?

Please identify your notebook properly. There is no such device as you have identified it. Put it in a search engine and you will see that is an accurate statement.

 

Look on the bottom of the notebook for the tiny print and find the ProdID. Post it here in your next response in your thread. The ProdID is the same thing as the product number, which will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

 

 

If you have a 15-B168ca notebook,  the compatible power adapter is HP 693715-001

 

I suggest replacing the power adapter if it is damaged.
