Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried to reset my laptop to factory settings as I have sold it. I followed the instructions on how to do this as per HP help section. It's taken about 5 hours to reset (despite hardly using it and only being about 6 months old) Now finally I have a blue box on the screen with the following wording:

"The following configuration change was requested for this computer's Trusted Platform Module (TPM):

Clear TPM

Warning: the TPM erases information stored on the TPM. You will lose all created keys and access to data encrypted by these keys.

Press F1 = ACCEPT           Press F2 = REJECT"

The only problem is that no matter what key I press it just beeps, function and 1...BEEP. Have also tried rebooting again. totally hacked off, my other brand products are so much easier to factory reset.

Any help greatly appreciated!
