me again after a while lol but this is different

so today, I hardly been on my HP pavilion in a while (gaming) and I decided to redownload epic games. Afterwords, my pc of course had the windows logo with the orange circle telling me that I had to update. Closed my programs and proceeded to update. A few minutes into the update, it said restarting and thought nothing of it. Atleast a good 7 minutes in, it is stuck and I don’t know what to do. I am still waiting and I made this post, please help.
