I have a HP ProBook 650 G1 Base Model Notebook PC and i I kindly need a SMC blob to unlock MPM for BIOS reconfiguration.

@Khalito,

 

If MPM you are referring to is Manufacturing Programing Mode, you may be able to unlock it from HP BIOS Configuration Utility.

HP BIOS Configuration Utility | HP Client Management Solutions

 

This tool will let you view BIOS settings in the text mode, and if the MPM setting is listed, you can change it to Unlock (see the screenshot below).

It is still saying Setting is in read-only when am trying to use BiosConfigUtility64.exe,,so it hasn't been of much help
