Hi folks,
I've bought a 500GB Kingston SSD NVMe M.2 NV2 but the laptop is not detecting. I've tried A LOT of solutions on the internet, but the SSD it's not even being detected by the BIOS (HP Pavilion - 14-bk004la). The service manual says it supports M.2 SATA on page 2, chapter 1 (Product Description).
I've tried:
- disconect the SATA HD;
- load the driver during the windows 10 instalation process;
- change somenthing in BIOS, but did not find any reasonable option (i found the BIOS from this computer very superficial, with few options).
Anyone can please help?
Thanks!

Right!
Thanks a lot!
Another question is about the 500GB blank partition. Why my laptop has this partition in an 1TB HDD? If use the M.2 SATA 3 SSD for the operational system will it require this 500GB partition? Will I need a 1TB SSD for the operational system?
