Hello, I'm hoping for some help in my situation. Long story short, I made a bad business decision purchasing a laptop 2nd hand without fully testing it.
It's an HP i5-6200U

Enter power-on or administrator password.
After 3 tries it prompts a system disabled [i 51144352] I have no idea where to go with this. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated
