Mohon bantuannya yang pertama, saya kesulitan untuk masuk ke laptop, karena sandi sudah saya masukkan tetapi tidak bisa, disuruh menunggu 2 jam sudah saya masukkan sandinya tetapi tetap tidak bisa membuka sandi, bagaimana solusinya? Yang kedua, keyboard bagian spasi saya berjalan sendiri bagaimana solusinya sudah saya coba berbagai cara tetapi tetap keyboard berjalan sendiri. 

 

Apakah ada solusinya, masuk ke halaman tanpa sandi? Untuk masalah tersebut
