I purchased the HP laptop from Vodacom in December 2018. The frame is now coming loose, when opening the laptop the frame on the left side is hooking on the "hing" and coming loose. After I clip it back in and close the laptop, it will reopen. when I open it again. I now get told that because the warranty is out I will have to pay R450.00 to have the laptop seen too. The laptop has not been abused or been misused. This is from poor manufacturing. Please can someone help urgently
