I leave it at home for 24h when I go to work, I have a lot of time and I have a malicious brother

and brother is a very advanced user

He will not be able to defeat a BIOS password. Windows system password may be another story.

Is Windows better connected to a Microsoft account or not?

I have computers set up both ways...standalone and with MS account. Definitely easier with MS account. You can more easily reinstall even after a major hardware change like a new motherboard. But I somehow feel less private using it with an MS account.

@Huffer Privacy is certainly less but I am more concerned about security and attempts to break the password by other people

Windows 10 is very secure. I can defeat a password up to Windows 7 (won't say how) but 8 and higher takes a whole new level of skill to get past a Windows password.

If you are really worried about this I would set up a complex PIN for logging on to Windows 10:

If your brother can crack this he should be hired at the NSA.

@Huffer One thing I can say for sure. My brother is a very advanced user, I know what it is, and I do not know it so much, it is difficult to explain it to me. I have reasonable concerns that he will want to harm me. So, I would like to ask you for the code for Windows 10 - version 1709. One more thing, can you use the code together with the password?
HP Recommended
@Huffer Was it about creating the code for Windows 10 myself? Google Translator probably misrepresents

I honestly do not understand your question. The link was instructions to create a complex PIN for logging onto Windows 10...something other than just 4 numbers. That will be very secure. Sounds like your brother is a real problem.
