Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)

I have locked myself out of my laptop all of my Emails have changed and I can’t remember my security pin I would like to factory data reset and re-download Windows 11 as I get Microsoft 365 for free through work

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.

 

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
