Product: Hp 14s-dr2017tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two issues with my new laptop hp14s-dr2016tu.while adding my **bleep** to the mail it's showing an error code .  And  while updating hp bios update the screen had freezed by showing intializing for an max time about hours and drained my whole charging of system
