My laptop product number is J3Z65PA#ACJ and serial date:- [Personal Information Removed].In my laptop after shutdown power lights still there. In windows 10 32 bit is not showing problem,while in windows 64 bit remains issue.I try many of the solutiion in youtube and google,but didnt get anything. I update windows 10 from windows 8. Please help me out of this problem
