Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought this computer back in march and as soon as i get it started there was issues popping up. Something to do with microsoft teams, so i googled how to fix it. I fixed that issue myself. This computer is beyond slow. I bought this because the ram was 8gb to only find out that i can only use 5 of it. Which is a problem for the main reason why i bought this laptop in the first place. Idk if thats the reason its running so slow but my older computer runs better than this, I feel like i wasted a lot of money on this and HP is my favorite of all computer brands and this laptop highly disappointed me. If you guys can reach out to me and let me know what i can do to make this laptop fast would be much appreciated. Im looking to install a ram chip in my computer so hopefully it will fix my issue, Thank you,

What is this computer ? You can use System Information to find out its system SKU, for example
