it seems that the delay occurs before Windows is loaded according to the boot trace. from the boot loader to the desktop is takes aonly 14s.
Check if your bios is configured on UEFI or Legacy mode. for that run this command "msinfo"
If you are in legacy mode, then here is a tutorial to convert your disk to GPT and then turn to UEFI in the bios.

Check the boot order in the bios and make the disk boot first.
