Also now my laptop won't even start up, it just partially loads up & just before Windows 10 loads up the up logo with spinning circles just stops spinning & Windows10 doesn't load up. I'm going try something that I never had done before which is cloning my laptop hard drive to an SSD drive when I get the SSD drive that will fit in my laptop. I owned thethe laptop for 6 years. I didn't ever experience issues like this before. Other than it suffered from an attack that crashed the windows 10 os & made me to backup it & reset it but this time it decided to give up on me. So if if anyone else who owns the same laptop that I have better beware of frequent hard drive crashes or upgrade to an SSD drive. I'll update on how upgrade to SSD drive went on here

Probably HDD is dying. Please backup all your files (if you could) and get your money ready for a new HDD. Otherwise you can replace its HDD and rebuild machine using HP Recovery tool
