Sadly to say: Most of the time the 24 char disk failure id indicates the HDD is failing and it needs to be replaced.. Is it still under warranty ? If NOT, you have to replace yourself then rebuild your machine.
For (original) Windows 10. Please use Cloud Recovery tool:

@Koya -- as @banhien indicated, the only solution is to replace the disk-drive, and reinstall Windows.
However, there might be some residual "health" in your current disk-drive, even though Windows will not start. If so, remove the disk-drive, and connect it as a "secondary" disk-drive in some other computer, and copy your personal files to the "primary" disk-drive on that computer.
