HP Pavilion 15-cs2064st
Microsoft Windows 11

The last hp software update is stuck in a loop. Screen says updating please wait, after a min it reboots and goes right back to the same screen. It sat like that for 3 days looping over and over, I tried doing a system recovery with a disk and it goes back to the exact same spot, my computer is out of warranty but was working perfectly until thier stupid update rendered my computer unusable. Any idea how to fix it or how to get a hold of HP so they can fix or replace what they broke.
