Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Spectre X360 13-ac003na is exhibiting the same symptoms as this post , namely:

  • white power button LED comes on for about a second when pressed then goes off, machine does not power on
  • power adapter is working fine (tested with other devices), charging LED behaves as expected, i.e. glows orange when first plugged in, then turns white once fully charged

I have tried the various troubleshooting methods - holding down power button for 15 seconds (power reset), holding down both Windows key and B key and pressing power button for 2-3 seconds (BIOS recovery) - without success.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How was it resolved? Advice / solutions much appreciated.
