Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0124tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0124tu about 2 weeks ago. Today I just tried to watch netflix on my Spectre when the screen just went blank. Laptop was running well for about 5 mins when it suddenly shuts off. The LED in the power button is flashing (one long flash for 3 seconds, then pause for 4 secs). I tried pressing the power button again but screen did not turn on. I tried hard reset but did not work. I plug the power adapter, the power LED light turns on but the screen is still blank. Can you help me please?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows.
