Product: Spectre 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have an oldish (almost 5 years old I think) HP Spectre that I haen't had powered on for a couple of months.  I can't get it to start up.  The charging block is warm and there is a red light next to where it connects to the computer.  Tried holding the button down for a long time several times but no joy.  Need some tax files off of it 😞  Help !!!

About the only thing I can suggest is to leave it plugged in and charging for several hours and then try to start up.
